Lavender isn’t just for tea and desserts, it’s one of the most versatile botanicals behind the bar!

Join us at Local Street Eats for a hands-on mocktail class celebrating the love of lavender and all things floral.
Using a New Hampshire-made, woman-owned lavender syrup,
we’ll explore how this delicate ingredient can transform drinks from
bright citrus to refreshing spritz to savory garden cocktails.

During this guided class we’ll make three lavender-forward drinks.
Each showing a different side of this beautiful botanical.

Guests will garnish their drinks with stunning finishing touches from Flouwer Co. including finishing sugars & salts and edible flower petals.

Each ticket includes your choice of take home, Lavender Fields NH made syrup, or Flower Co. product, an $18 value, so you can recreate the magic at home.

Tickets are $40 per person and includes
all supplies, instruction, & choice of take home cocktail enhancer!
