Great sushi starts long before you pick up the bamboo mat. We’ll talk about the importance of sushi rice, from preparation and seasoning to texture and technique, and why getting your rice right makes ALL the difference.
🍣 ROLL YOUR OWN SUSHI
Then it’s your turn! You’ll get your own rolling station and learn how to make THREE different sushi rolls, step-by-step. Roll them, slice them, and obviously…eat them!!

Throughout the experience, enjoy THREE Soju cocktail pairings designed to complement your sushi while learning a little more about Korea’s favorite spirit.
