Led by our talented kitchen crew, you’ll learn the age-old technique of crafting perfect corn tortillas from scratch.

This interactive experience goes beyond cooking — it’s a deep dive into the roots of Mesoamerican street food culture. Along the way, our team will share stories and history behind the tortilla’s cultural legacy.

While you knead and press, enjoy a guided tequila tasting led by educators from Casamigos and Don Julio — walking you through the flavors, history, and heritage of these iconic spirits.

Every tortilla you make is as authentic as it is delicious — and yes, you’ll get to take your handmade creations home.

To wrap it all up, we’ll treat you to a street taco bar, packed with bold, local flavors.

The bar will be open for additional drink & food purchases.
